The Data, Policy and Innovation Centre (DPIC) is a pioneering partnership between the Government of Odisha and the University of Chicago Trust, advancing the frontier of data-driven governance.
Based in Bhubaneswar and embedded within Odisha’s policy ecosystem, DPIC transforms everyday administrative data into intelligence that enables faster, smarter public decisions. Drawing on world-class expertise in data science, applied AI, and policy evaluation, we work directly with government departments to tackle priority challenges in skilling, citizen services, health, social protection, and migration.
