The University of Chicago Center in Delhi celebrated its 10th anniversary with a milestone event that brought together diverse partners from across the University of Chicago Trust in India’s portfolio. The event showcased cross-sectoral collaborations and innovative research efforts, with DPIC featured as a flagship initiative for state-level, evidence-based governance in Odisha. A highlight of the event was the keynote address by Shri Manoj Ahuja, IAS, Chief Secretary of Odisha, who reflected on the state’s transformative journey and the critical role of research, innovation, and collaborative partnerships in strengthening governance systems.
