Meeting with General Administration & Public Grievance Department

The DPIC team held a productive meeting with Shri Suresh Kumar Vashishth, IAS, Special Secretary, General Administration & Public Grievance Department, Government of Odisha, along with senior officials from the Centre for Modernizing Government Initiative, the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell, and the GA&PG Department. The discussion focused on the next phase of implementing an AI-enabled, data-driven, and citizen-centric grievance redressal system in Odisha. The meeting reinforced the importance of a consultative and evidence-based approach in strengthening public service delivery and improving citizen experience.
