DPIC hosts Economics Ph.D. students from the University of Chicago

The Centre recently hosted Shivani Pandey and Meera Mody, visiting Economics Ph.D. scholars from the University of Chicago, at its Bhubaneswar office. The scholars met with government officials to identify research opportunities involving administrative data and field research across Odisha, with a focus on social protection and labour. The visit opened promising directions for future research collaboration in the state.
