Presentation to the Committee on Administrative and Governance Reforms

DPIC presented to the Committee on Administrative and Governance Reforms (CAGR), chaired by Shri Jugal Kishore Mohapatra, IAS (Retd.), with members Shri O.P. Agrawal, IAS (Retd.) and Shri T.M. Vijay Bhaskar, IAS (Retd.), which has been tasked to recommend measures to strengthen simplification, transparency, accountability, and digital adoption in public service delivery. DPIC shared emerging insights from the grievance redressal project, including the advanced analytics engine, the proposed system architecture, and a policy roadmap to make the platform more modern, citizen-centric, and data-backed.
